Four things to have ready
- Model and serial from the rating plate — inside the door near the top hinge on a full-size cabinet.
- What each compartment is actually holding, measured rather than read off the display.
- Any noise, and whether it changes when a door is opened.
- Whether the front is stainless, panel-ready or fully integrated. That decides the length of the visit.
